This is the code for the application/file for an IC staff member.
The staff canon list is here. Canons are preferred when it comes to staff members, but if you have a great concept for a non-canon staff member that cannot be meshed into one of the canons, exceptions may be made. Staff members from all over the world are welcome, as long as the given play-by fits you character's ethnicity. All scientists and scouts are fully aware of the laboratory's mission and purpose, and are sworn to secrecy. The disruption of this secrecy is punishable by death at the hands of an extremely angry Molonov.

(At least five traits, 3-4 sentences each. Be creative, and try to steer away from the norm. ALL the residents are scared. ALL the residents feel invisible. All of that goes without saying. What makes yours different from the crowd?)
HISTORY / MEMORIES & POSSESSIONS:
(Scientists and Scouts: A detailed history, at least 400 words.
Menial Workers: All menial workers are former residents, which means their memories were erased as well. The memory erasing process is an indefinite science. There are some things, like one's name, that are embedded so deep in the human mind that they cannot be entirely erased. What few things are so important to your character that he or she cannot simply forget them. Basics are their name, their age, their DOB, their hometown. Some might remember a specific city, someone else's name, or a date, without completely understanding its significance. Don't be afraid to go into detail.
Possessions are anything that your character had on them when the Molonov scouts picked them up off the streets, or wherever else they came from. Any identification is taken and disposed of, but everything else is returned to the resident after they settle into their place at the Labs. Some objects are a mystery even to their owner, but they still remain in the plastic tub at the end of his or her bed. Unlike the residents, however, menial workers are allowed to request new items from scouts or scientists who take trips into civilization.)
